The Copper Works is our first development in Wales and we are absolutely thrilled to be here. Located on Tyndall Street in Capital Quarter, and only a short walk from the city centre, it’s perfect for those that love the buzz of a city centre.

There are 307 studio, one and two bedroom homes, all beautifully designed using neutral colour palettes, plus modern furniture and fixtures. The copper design is a theme throughout the building, inspired by the building’s façade and continues into the facilities with accents of copper throughout.
You have the choice of furnished or unfurnished homes. Furnished homes include beds, bedside tables, dresser, sofa, dining room table and chairs and a media stand, all contemporary, and brand new.

The 22nd floor features The Sky Lounge with floor to ceiling glass windows offering panoramic views over the city.

Enjoy one of two external terraces with outdoor seating and views across the city and Cardiff Bay or if you prefer to work out rather than relax then there’s a fully fitted gym.
Our new developments don’t just have fabulous social spaces, they also have a dedicated on-site Resident Services Team who will be on hand for resident queries, whilst hosting regular events.
