We are so excited to open our doors to Millwrights Place, our second purpose-built apartment building for renters. Located at Finzels Reach, which is next to the floating harbour and Castle Park as well as Temple Gardens, it’s right in the centre of Bristol and ideal for those who work in the city and love city living.
Brand new beautifully designed homes
There are 231 one and two bedroom homes, all beautifully designed and all fully furnished, so no need to splash out on a new bed or kitchen table as we’ve got it covered. All homes come with a fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven and a washer/dryer. Our bedrooms have floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes, so you can pack as much in as you need, and our bathrooms have a mirrored vanity unit, ideal for storing toiletries.
And there’s so much more!
We know how much our residents value the extra facilities we provide in addition to our great homes. Spaces to relax, entertain friends, meet new friends, work or workout, which are all on offer at Millwrights Place.
You won’t need a gym membership if you live at Millwrights Place as our onsite gym is the perfect place to work out, with a combination of cardio equipment and free weights. There’s a large residents lounge, a games area and a bookable private dining space with kitchenette and cooking facilities – perfect for dinner parties or celebrating special occasions.
If you’re a hybrid or remote worker or have your own business, you will love our co-working space with meeting pods and a bookable meeting room.
There’s also no need to worry about Wi-Fi, as we provide 250mb free and for those that require more bandwidth, you have the option to upgrade with our service provider.
Finally, let’s not forget our furry friends. Some of our apartments are pet friendly and there are plenty of parks and walks nearby.

Millwrights Place has its own Resident Services Team, there to answer any questions or just say hi. They are local and know the area well, so will have some top tips to share about the neighbourhood.
What a location!
We love Bristol and we love Finzels Reach. Hawkins and George was our first purpose built development for renters which we opened in 2019. It’s been hugely popular and our residents are really happy there.
We also love the food market, which offers fabulous food from around the world twice a week. It’s extremely popular with office workers and residents.
