We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious Urban and City Living Developer of the Year award at the Midlands Residential Property Awards 2024! The Silver Yard - Birmingham
The Silver Yard has recently launched and located in the heart of Birmingham, delivering 375 one and two-bedroom rental homes as part of the landmark £350 million Masshouse project in Exchange Square. Named after the city's jewellery quarter heritage, The Silver Yard features stunning interior design alongside over 8,500 sq ft of resident amenities.
